HealthSpring is currently recruiting agents in all of its markets except Miami-Dade County, Florida. To become an agent, you must contact the local market sales contact to get information about online credentialing, online certification, and in-house training.
InStream/FileBound Process for Agents
HealthSpring has contracted with a vendor to accept by fax all applications for enrollment in one of our Medicare Advantage plans. All agents are required to fax applications to HealthSpring via this process. In addition to sending all applications by fax, agents will be able to view their applications online to ensure all parts of the application were received and the application was processed for enrollment.
