Take Note of New Mailing Address for Contractual Written Notices

In March 2026, the mailing address where you send contractual written notices will transition from our office in Birmingham, Alabama, to our office in Nashville, Tennessee.
The new address for contractual written notices is:
HealthSpring
ATTN: Vice President of Provider Contracting
500 Great Circle Road
Nashville, TN 37228
What this means to you
- As defined in your HealthSpring agreement, you should now send contractual written notices to the Nashville address.
- Mail addressed to the Birmingham office will be forwarded to the Nashville address through December 2026.
- Contracted providers will receive a unilateral amendment to their service agreement in March regarding the address change. This amendment contains no revisions to any other contract terms or reimbursement.
There is no other change to how you do business with us. Continue to perform provider transactions as you do today.
