    Submitting claims

    At HealthSpring, providers can submit their claims electronically. We also accept paper claims.

    How to submit claims

    Electronic claims can be submitted to us electronically through Availity® Essentials using payer ID 52192 or through your preferred vendor.

    Paper claims can be mailed to:
