    Update your directory information

    You can help our members connect with your practice by keeping your HealthSpring directory information current.

    The directory is an important tool. Members and referring providers check it to learn about you – including your network participation and whether you’re accepting new patients.

    To review your directory information

    Refer to the directory and enter your name. Review your practice information for accuracy, including your address, contact information and specialty.

    If you need to update your information

    When your information changes, sign in to the CAQH Provider Data Portal and update your information as soon as possible. If you have questions, call CAQH at 1-888-600-9802 or refer to their help page.

    Attest to your information every 90 days

    Watch for quarterly reminders from CAQH to review and attest to the accuracy of your data every 90 days.

    If you have a National Provider Identifier

    When your information changes, update the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ National Provider Identifier Registry in addition to updating us. Refer to CMS and these FAQs for more details.
