Our 2026 Special Needs Plan Model of Care training is available on our Education page. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services requires this annual training for providers.
To take the training
Register for the training and complete it to receive an attestation. The training takes about 10 minutes. You must complete it by Dec. 31, 2026.
