We’ll Have a New Medical Transportation Provider as of March 1, 2026

HealthSpring will transition from Modivcare to MTM Health as the sole provider of nonemergency medical transportation for our members with Medicare Advantage coverage, effective March 1, 2026.
What this means to your patients
Those who are eligible for the benefit should contact MTM Health to request transportation services on or after March 1. Patients can reach MTM Health by:
- Calling
- Visiting the MTM Health website and create an account
- Accessing the MTM Health mobile app, MTM Link Member, available in the Apple Store or on Google Play
Recurring trips and trips already scheduled to take place after March 1 will be fulfilled by MTM Health. No action is required by your patients. If they need to make changes after March 1, they should contact MTM Health.
HealthSpring will send letters to eligible members with instructions on how to contact MTM Health to request transportation.
