HealthSpringSM Benefit Plans Are Rolling Out for 2026
In preparation for our brand change to HealthSpring, we’re rolling out new benefit plans under the HealthSpring name during this year’s annual enrollment period. That means starting in January 2026, you will begin seeing patients with HealthSpring benefit coverage.

Why we’re changing
Health Care Service Corporation purchased Cigna Healthcare® Medicare Advantage, Supplemental Benefits and Medicare Part D business earlier this year. HealthSpring furthers HCSC’s commitment to expanding access to quality health care.
What this means to you
- You will continue to care for Cigna Healthcare Medicare Advantage customers for the rest of 2025.
- Starting in October, the Cigna Healthcare provider directory will display providers under HealthSpring and Cigna Healthcare Medicare Advantage.
- Beginning in 2026, you will see members enrolled in HealthSpring benefit plans. The plan offerings are subject to standard regulatory approvals and CMS Medicare contract renewals.
- Starting in 2026, our Payer Space in Availity Essentials will be rebranded with the HealthSpring Medicare Advantage name. Our payer ID will remain 52192.
- In 2026, we’ll also have a new address for submitting paper claims: PO Box 23456, Chattanooga, TN 37421.
- We’ll keep you informed of any changes impacting you or your business through Cigna Healthcare channels until 2026, including the Provider Newsroom and Cigna Healthcare Medicare Advantage Providers website (MedicareProviders.Cigna.com).
